Shipping Policy

Your order is important to us, and we put in our utmost effort to make sure that your products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

All orders get shipped within 48 hours; and usually arrive within 5 business days of the order date. Should you experience any delays, please contact us and one of our friendly staff will assist you to ensure that the package arrives speedily and safely to your location.

Returns Policy

We take your business seriously, and your satisfaction with our products is of outmost importance to us. We strive to offer a fair market environment with everyone’s satisfaction in mind.

If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or accept a return of the merchandise. Please adhere to the following return policy:

Not What You Ordered:

A lot of the shipping process is controlled by automated systems that greatly facilitate the ordering process and streamline your deliveries. Occasionally though, systems fail and mistakes happen, and as the result, a wrong size or style will be shipped. You will notice that the many boxes in which products ship are very similar in size and shape, so it is important that you check your order before opening the boxes. If you happen to receive an item you did not order, please contact us within 48 hours and we will do our best to correct the situation.

Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s). Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s);

How to Return Items:

If you wish to return a product that you purchased from us, it is important that you create a Return Authorization Number so that we know it is coming and can make sure credit is properly applied. To do this, you must contact us within 30 days and will walk you through the steps. It is important to make sure that all items that are being returned are properly packaged. Once received it will be inspected for damages and the corresponding return stocking fee will be applied (unless otherwise stated).
